NOTE: Although fully supported and still in production, this is a legacy product and not recommended for new designs. For new designs, the SNAP-PAC-EB1 brain is more powerful and costs less. Or, if you require PPP communication over a modem, we recommend the SNAP-PAC-R1 on-the-rack controller.

The SNAP-ENET-RTC Ethernet I/O brain is an I/O and communications processor that connects analog, digital, and serial devices with Ethernet networks for monitoring, control, and data acquisition.

The SNAP-ENET-RTC Ethernet I/O brain is an I/O and communications processor that connects analog, digital, and serial devices with Ethernet networks for monitoring, control, and data acquisition.
The SNAP-ENET-RTC is mounted on a SNAP B-series rack with up to 16 analog, digital, and serial SNAP I/O modules.
The only difference between this brain and the SNAP-B3000-ENET is that the RTC brain includes a battery-backed real-time clock to time-stamp email messages and data.
NOTE: Not all SNAP I/O modules are compatible with this brain. See Legacy and Current Product Comparison and Compatibility Charts to determine compatibility.
