SNAP-PAC-S2


Four serial ports that can be used as general purpose ports or for serial I/O units; each port is software configurable as either RS-232 (Tx, Rx, COM, DTR, DCD, RTS, CTS) or as RS-485 (2-wire, 4-wire, optional termination, optional biasing); optional mistic signal interrupts. Buffer size: 512 bytes each for RX and TX.

Программируемый контроллер автоматизации SNAP-PAC-S1-FM обеспечивает мощные алгоритмы управления и обмен данными в системах промышленной автоматизации, мониторинга и сбора данных.

SNAP-PAC-S1-FM полностью интегрирован с пакетом программ PAC Project, управляющими модулями SNAP-PAC и модулями ввода-вывода. Система SNAP PAC позволяет создавать локальные и распределенные системы управления с использованием цифровых, аналоговых и интерфейсных модулей, настраивать контуры PID регулирования и интегрировать автоматику в общую систему управления предприятием.  

Программирование

SNAP-PAC-S1-FM программируется с помощью встроенного программного обеспечения PAC Control. PAC Control является сервисной программой (на основе блок-схем) для разработки управляющих приложений или стратегий. Вы создаете и отлаживаете стратегию на вашем компьютере и затем загружаете ее на PAC, где она самостоятельно запускается.

REST API:

Все точки ввода / вывода и переменные из стратегии доступны для безопасного доступа с помощью встроенного HTTPS сервера и RESTful API (данные поставляются в формате JSON).

Обратите внимание, что для использования REST API минимально необходимо иметь прошивку для контроллера R9.5a и PAC Project R9.5a.

HMIs

Вы можете создавать полнофункциональные пользовательские (человеко-машинные) интерфейсы, используя программное обеспечение PAC Display с той же самой базой тэгов, которую вы уже разработали в PAC Control. Или воспользоваться OPTO22 GROOV, чтобы построить и просматривать HTMs, которые можно использовать практически на любом компьютере, планшете или смартфоне любого размера экрана, от любого производителя, используя только современный веб-браузер (например, Firefox или Chrome). Работа в сети.

В каждый SNAP-PAC-S1-FM включены два независимых сетевых интерфейса Ethernet. Эти интерфейсы имеют разные IP-адреса и могут использоваться для отделения управляющей сети от сети компании или для обеспечения резервирования канала Ethernet в случае сбоя в работе или планового ремонта. Кроме того, можно создать систему с резервированием контроллеров с использованием двух идентичных контроллеров S-серии, SNAP PAC Redundancy Option Kit, и PAC Project Professional 9.0.

Последовательная связь

SNAP-PAC-S1-FM также имеет три последовательных порта: порт RS-232 с полным аппаратным квитированием, идеально подходит для связи PPP с использованием модема; другой порт RS-232 для подключения непосредственно к последовательным устройствам; и порт RS-485 для подключения к SNAP PAC Serial brains или к модулям ввода / вывода с протоколом mistic.
